At Our teaching team at Highlands is one of the major reasons for
our continued success. Dedicated professionals who enjoy their work,
these individuals bring years of experience and learning to provide
a caring and healthy preschool environment for your child.
We offer a ratio of supervision above standards set out by the Child Care Licensing Regulations. Our classes are staffed by two Licensed ECE (Early Childhood Educators) for every 17 children in each class of 3 and 4-year-old students. Our 2-year-old program provides one Licensed ECE teacher and one Teaching Assistant to each class of 8 children.
All our teachers are High/Scope Certified or are currently working towards their certification.
